Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • strong leadership skills
  • experience in restaurant management
  • ability to stay calm under pressure
  • commitment to team and guest satisfaction
  • flexibility to work five 10-hour shifts per week

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to manage both kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • exceptional communication skills
