- ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends

- flexibility to work five 10-hour shifts per week
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
- proven leadership capabilities
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to manage both kitchen and front-of-house operations
- exceptional communication skills
