Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in restaurant management software
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle financial data and reports

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, or hospitality manager
  • Strong customer service focus with commitment to guest experience and operational excellence
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage with ability to educate staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, and POS systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial management skills including budget and P&L report handling

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
  • Maintain service excellence to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal floor coverage
  • Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
  • Train and mentor employees in customer service and operational best practices
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
  • Foster team morale and motivation
  • Deliver superior service and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Uphold and promote THE ONE GROUP's brand image
  • Develop marketing initiatives and local partnerships
  • Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales and reduce waste
  • Prepare detailed financial reports
  • Maintain effective inventory and purchasing strategies
