Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
- Proven track record of successful team leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in restaurant management software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to handle financial data and reports
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, or hospitality manager
- Strong customer service focus with commitment to guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage with ability to educate staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, and POS systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial management skills including budget and P&L report handling
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
- Maintain service excellence to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety regulations
- Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal floor coverage
- Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
- Train and mentor employees in customer service and operational best practices
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
- Foster team morale and motivation
- Deliver superior service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Uphold and promote THE ONE GROUP's brand image
- Develop marketing initiatives and local partnerships
- Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses to ensure profitability
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales and reduce waste
- Prepare detailed financial reports
- Maintain effective inventory and purchasing strategies
