Job Duties
- Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work

- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Build store sales through marketing and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Meet and greet guests
- Resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local health and safety codes
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, review financial reports, and manage schedules
- Manage food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory
- Manage labor costs through scheduling and sales performance
- Perform all other duties as assigned
