Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to motivate and develop team members
- proficiency with point of sale and inventory management systems
