Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role required
- minimum two years experience preferred in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- meet state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- ability to stand and walk entire shift
- ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to verbally communicate

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities according to company policies and laws

- monitoring daily food quality and cleanliness
- controlling daily operations including cash and financial procedures
- managing food costs via recipes, portion control, and inventory
- controlling labor costs through scheduling and sales performance monitoring
