Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in the restaurant industry
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Excellent financial management skills including budgeting and cost control

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff selection and performance management
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering of food and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards following ServSafe guidelines
  • Manage shifts with scheduling, planning and upholding quality standards
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and develop employees including future leaders
  • Maintain financial controls including cost of sales, labor costs, and budget targets
