Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 or more years of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage full restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Oversee front- and back-of-house operations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Manage inventory and ordering
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance
  • Lead by example during busy shifts
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
