Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol serving restaurants
- ability to stand for entire shift
- capacity to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach with hands
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- at least 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist team members with category job duties
- assist with building store sales by timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, company safety and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial reporting
- control food costs through recipe adherence and inventory management
- control labor costs using labor scheduling tools
- perform all other duties as assigned
