Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year of restaurant management or related hospitality experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to work full-time with flexible hours

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff
  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards
  • oversee inventory management including ordering and stock control
  • provide effective coaching and feedback to team members
  • build and maintain strong relationships with guests
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • handle scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
