Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ relevant management experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- availability to manage multiple locations within the DMV market
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication abilities
- willingness to participate in management training program
- commitment to upholding company standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Minimum of three years management experience in high-volume, full-service casual dining
- proven leadership skills
- ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams
- experience with restaurant operations and food quality standards

- Oversee and direct all restaurant operations
