Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality field
  • Availability to work up to 50 hours per week including some weekends
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in financial management and operational software

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Drive sales and control costs through inventory management and budgeting
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects Olive Garden’s family values
  • Collaborate with General Manager and support the overall strategic goals of the restaurant
