Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Implement and maintain COVID-19 protocols in line with CDC guidelines
- Develop and mentor team members through ongoing training and career development programs
- Collaborate with General Managers to achieve business goals and operational efficiency
- Oversee scheduling and labor management to maintain work-life balance
- Foster community engagement and support local hunger relief initiatives
