Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Implement and maintain COVID-19 protocols in line with CDC guidelines
  • Develop and mentor team members through ongoing training and career development programs
  • Collaborate with General Managers to achieve business goals and operational efficiency
  • Oversee scheduling and labor management to maintain work-life balance
  • Foster community engagement and support local hunger relief initiatives
