Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working at Cracker Barrel
  • Leadership skills with a people-first approach
  • Strong ability to manage operations and customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee both front-and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • Manage inventory and control costs effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
  • Lead by example to inspire team and uphold company values
