Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience
- Ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience working at Cracker Barrel
- Leadership skills with a people-first approach
- Strong ability to manage operations and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee both front-and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop restaurant staff to provide exceptional guest service
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Handle scheduling and labor management
- Lead by example to inspire team and uphold company values
