Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant environment
  • prior experience in a management position
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop staff
  • financial acumen including budget management and cost control
  • flexible availability for varied shifts including weekends
  • commitment to customer service excellence

  • ability to collaborate with district management

Job Duties

  • Provide overall leadership in the restaurant
  • manage human resources functions such as performance management, scheduling, recruitment, coaching, and training
  • maintain financial controls including inventory management, cost of sales, and labor cost control
  • attain financial targets and prepare financial reports
  • execute local marketing campaigns and implement new promotions
  • handle daily bank deposits and manage cash discrepancies
  • ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • stay informed about competitor promotions and market trends
  • maintain high customer service standards and handle customer issues
  • ensure adherence to Pizza Hut quality standards and product consistency
  • manage ordering of products and supplier relationships
  • assist the District Manager in market activities
