Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership in the restaurant
- manage human resources functions such as performance management, scheduling, recruitment, coaching, and training
- maintain financial controls including inventory management, cost of sales, and labor cost control
- attain financial targets and prepare financial reports
- execute local marketing campaigns and implement new promotions
- handle daily bank deposits and manage cash discrepancies
- ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- stay informed about competitor promotions and market trends
- maintain high customer service standards and handle customer issues
- ensure adherence to Pizza Hut quality standards and product consistency
- manage ordering of products and supplier relationships
- assist the District Manager in market activities
