Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years’ experience in food and beverage hospitality
- Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Ability to lead and develop a team
Job Qualifications
- Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certifications as required by laws
- Three to five years’ experience in hospitality food and beverage with a strong guest focus
- High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Uphold company and brand standards policies and procedures and hold staff accountable
- Organize and prioritize work assignments and delegate appropriately
- Direct service on the floor reflecting the hotel and brand culture
- Create staff schedules to ensure proper staffing levels
- Track stock levels forecast needs and oversee ordering
- Manage budgets and cost control to minimize expenses
- Maintain safety programs for the restaurant employees and guests
