Job Requirements

  • Meet all physical requirements for all roles within the career path, including Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
  • 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in fast casual restaurant chains
  • Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
  • Familiarity with tech tools and systems used in operations and scheduling
  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills fostering positive team culture
  • Experience mentoring employees and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Highly organized multitasker with scheduling and performance oversight experience

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training team members
  • Foster a culture of trust and recognition among staff
  • Anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment to support smooth operations
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support during peak times or staffing gaps
  • Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
  • Inspect food quality, check temperatures, and ensure compliance
  • Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
  • Ensure team member safety and strong audit performance
  • Maintain a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest journey
  • Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
  • Manage controllable costs and execute staff schedules effectively
  • Drive sales and implement strategies using data insights
  • Support daily operations by troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks
  • Perform essential functions of Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
