Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to conduct performance evaluations and coach staff
- Valid work authorization

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
- Review applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce appropriate security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
