- deep knowledge of wine spirits and mixology with a passion for innovation

Job Duties
- oversee the beverage program including inventory ordering and menu development
- collaborate with bartenders to create seasonal cocktails and curate wine pairings
- ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations
- lead and inspire the front-of-house team fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service aligned with the Garden Room's standards
- manage scheduling training and performance evaluations for staff
- interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that enhances the dining experience
- monitor budgets labor costs and revenue targets
- analyze sales trends to optimize the beverage menu and overall profitability
