  • proven experience in restaurant and beverage management preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting michelin or forbes rated preferred
  • deep knowledge of wine spirits and mixology with a passion for innovation
  • exceptional leadership and communication skills

  • flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • oversee the beverage program including inventory ordering and menu development
  • collaborate with bartenders to create seasonal cocktails and curate wine pairings
  • ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations
  • lead and inspire the front-of-house team fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service aligned with the Garden Room's standards
  • manage scheduling training and performance evaluations for staff
  • interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that enhances the dining experience
  • monitor budgets labor costs and revenue targets
  • analyze sales trends to optimize the beverage menu and overall profitability
