Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
