Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Food handlers certification
- Alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Results driven and team oriented
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Food handlers certification
- Alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience successfully running high volume full service or fast casual restaurant concept
Job Duties
- Supports the management team where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of your assigned restaurant
- Ensures effective restaurant operations, resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
- Supports team members in training, development and recognition driven by an employer of choice mentality
- Promotes and supports a 5-star guest experience
- Maintains compliance with food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Drives results through strong team leadership and communication
- Manages schedules and staffing to ensure efficient restaurant operation
