Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory or shift-lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Support daily restaurant operations, helping ensure smooth, efficient service
- lead pre-shift communication and assist in directing the team throughout service
- help train, coach, and develop service staff with an emphasis on hospitality
- maintain an active presence on the floor, assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly
- monitor labor, inventory needs, and operating standards in partnership with leadership
- work with management to support private dining, events, and special experiences
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture
