Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or shift-lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • commitment to upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support daily restaurant operations, helping ensure smooth, efficient service
  • lead pre-shift communication and assist in directing the team throughout service
  • help train, coach, and develop service staff with an emphasis on hospitality
  • maintain an active presence on the floor, assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly
  • monitor labor, inventory needs, and operating standards in partnership with leadership
  • work with management to support private dining, events, and special experiences
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture
