Job Requirements
- Three or more years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing large teams of 25 or more members
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management
- Experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred

Job Duties

- Proactively attracting, identifying, and hiring team members with growth potential

- Executing local marketing and community involvement initiatives
- Serving as a role model for high-quality, hands-on floor management and labor deployment
- Delivering store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success
- Scheduling daily labor requirements to meet business needs and customer service standards
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and security standards
- Maintaining food service and production levels through strong BOH and FOH execution
- Addressing performance issues through coaching, counseling, and conflict management
- Contributing ideas and solutions for increased productivity, retention, and improved operations
