- two or more years of full service restaurant management experience
- completed food safety and sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older

- basic knowledge of microsoft word and excel

- intermediate mathematical computation skills

Job Duties
- manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
- oversee safety and cleanliness standards
- ensure proper drink presentation and atmosphere
- assist general manager with operations and policy compliance
- manage vendor and supplier relations
- support hiring and training of front and back of house staff
- supervise employee performance with focus on front of house
- assist in payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- promote business and increase sales
- maintain brand integrity and guest satisfaction
