Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • two or more years of full service restaurant management experience
  • completed food safety and sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older

  • successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • basic knowledge of microsoft word and excel
  • general knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • strong organization and planning skills
  • strong operational skills in customer service and hospitality
  • strong coaching skills
  • intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • ability to build relationships at all levels
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • oversee safety and cleanliness standards
  • ensure proper drink presentation and atmosphere
  • assist general manager with operations and policy compliance
  • manage vendor and supplier relations
  • support hiring and training of front and back of house staff
  • supervise employee performance with focus on front of house
  • assist in payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • promote business and increase sales
  • maintain brand integrity and guest satisfaction
