Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- must possess valid driver's license
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with noise and varying temperatures
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
- flexibility to work a 50-hour work week
- must be available to work all shifts, days, and weekends

- must exhibit professionalism and discretion when resolving customer concerns
- ability to multitask and give sound advice and direction
- move and inspect all supplies in the restaurant
- physical inspection of all restaurant areas
- maintain ServSafe certification
Job Qualifications
- college degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of company policies related to job responsibilities
- understanding of supervisory and interviewing practices
- familiarity with crew orientation and training programs
- ability to train others in Wendy's systems and employee development programs
- valid driver's license
- ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts
- review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- monitor crew prep, production, and procedure execution to control costs
- track waste levels and implement established procedures
- communicate sales and profit issues to General or District Manager
- assist in executing sales and profit plans
- monitor food costs to reduce waste and theft
- process crew applications and conduct interviews
- hire crew to ensure adequate shift coverage
- monitor and recommend improvements for crew turnover rates
- monitor product quality during shifts by interacting with customers and managing crew performance
- assess service times and train crew to improve efficiency
- train crew in customer courtesy and responding promptly to customer needs
- establish and communicate daily service goals
- train crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to cleaning plans
- address cleaning deficiencies
- train crew in new product knowledge and initial position skills
- assist in training new managers and cross-train crew
- recognize high-performing crew members
- ensure crew meets prep and production goals
- monitor inventory levels and maintain security of cash, products, and equipment
- follow restaurant priorities and operational standards
- manage shifts to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness levels
- take corrective actions as needed
- enforce procedures from the Operations manual
- maintain safe working conditions
- adhere to company cash control policies and report accidents
- resolve health department operational issues
- perform administrative duties as assigned
- write crew schedules aligned with management plans
- follow maintenance programs and report issues
- manage crew performance problems consistently
- maximize crew retention and follow grievance processes
- foster team motivation and development
- conduct performance reviews timely
