Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in a high-volume role
  • Fast casual restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required
  • Passionate, fun, positive and results-oriented
  • Focused, attentive and available to team members and guests

  • Entrepreneurial and driven by accomplishment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant role
  • Experience in fast casual dining and catering preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Passionate about food, service, and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Leads through service and empowers the team
  • Maintains team and guest focus during shifts
  • Partners with management and kitchen teams to achieve common goals
  • Coaches and trains staff following company policies and service standards
  • Engages with guests to exceed expectations and build relationships
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manages shift safety and operational performance
  • Supports achievement of financial and operational objectives
  • Coordinates catering services and events
  • Participates in team meetings and scheduling
