Job Requirements
- 2+ years in a high-volume role
- Fast casual restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required
- Passionate, fun, positive and results-oriented
- Focused, attentive and available to team members and guests
- Open to coaching and development
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and driven by accomplishment

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant role
- Experience in fast casual dining and catering preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Leads through service and empowers the team
- Maintains team and guest focus during shifts
- Partners with management and kitchen teams to achieve common goals
- Coaches and trains staff following company policies and service standards
- Engages with guests to exceed expectations and build relationships
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manages shift safety and operational performance
- Supports achievement of financial and operational objectives
- Coordinates catering services and events
- Participates in team meetings and scheduling
