Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Food safety and sanitation training completion
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Ability to manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Experience in vendor relationship management
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Competence in payroll and business administration
  • Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • Capable of scheduling and staffing
  • Must comply with all legally required certifications

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere
  • Assist General Manager in ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policy and standards
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meeting business needs
  • Assist in selecting, training, and developing front-of-house and back-of-house employees
  • Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front-of-house success
  • Complete general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote the business, build sales, increase profits, and ensure guest satisfaction and brand integrity
