Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Shift Leader role including physical requirements
- 2 plus years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing 6 plus team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
- Familiarity with tech tools and systems used in operations and scheduling
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to make confident decisions under pressure

- Experience mentoring employees and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Highly organized multitasker with scheduling and performance oversight experience
Job Duties
- Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training
- Foster a culture of trust and recognition
- Anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment
- Provide hands-on coaching and clear communication
- Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
- Inspect food quality and check temperatures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
- Ensure team member safety and strong audit performance
- Maintain a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest journey
- Act on guest experience metrics
- Make timely business decisions for exceptional service
- Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
- Drive sales and implement strategies using data insights
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot system issues
- Perform all shift leader duties including kitchen lead and team member responsibilities
