Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Shift Leader role including physical requirements
  • 2 plus years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing 6 plus team members per shift
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
  • Familiarity with tech tools and systems used in operations and scheduling
  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience mentoring employees and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Highly organized multitasker with scheduling and performance oversight experience

Job Duties

  • Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Foster a culture of trust and recognition
  • Anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment
  • Provide hands-on coaching and clear communication
  • Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
  • Inspect food quality and check temperatures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
  • Ensure team member safety and strong audit performance
  • Maintain a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest journey
  • Act on guest experience metrics
  • Make timely business decisions for exceptional service
  • Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
  • Drive sales and implement strategies using data insights
  • Support daily operations and troubleshoot system issues
  • Perform all shift leader duties including kitchen lead and team member responsibilities
