Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office
  • able to work independently and collaboratively
  • strong communication skills
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • self-driven and flexible
  • able to recognize problems and execute solutions effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • knowledge in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
  • able to recognize problems, set goals, and execute plans
  • flexible and self-driven
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed
  • direct crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides
  • ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
  • complete other assigned duties
