Job Requirements
- Two plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house
- Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, support, and development opportunities to team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high standards of hospitality and service
- Monitor and control operational costs while driving business results
- Oversee employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Collaborate with home office support to address operational challenges and implement improvements
