- College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties
- Provide coaching and support to the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment
- Identify and schedule 5 Star Talent effectively
- Manage daily restaurant operations with support from General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits through effective management
- Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Promote teamwork within the restaurant
- Complete administrative tasks as required
