Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties

  • Provide coaching and support to the team
  • Create a fun and inviting work environment
  • Identify and schedule 5 Star Talent effectively
  • Manage daily restaurant operations with support from General Manager or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits through effective management
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
  • Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Promote teamwork within the restaurant
  • Complete administrative tasks as required
