Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- for alcohol serving restaurants, comply with state-mandated age requirements
- available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- capable of pushing, lifting, carrying, and transferring up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle, or feel objects and tools
- able to bend and stoop
- able to taste and smell
- able to verbally communicate
- able to use close and peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- must have ability to freely access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required

- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with duties as needed
- assist with building store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues with 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities to ensure food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and security procedures
- control food costs by following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
