Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • minimum of 2 years in a restaurant management role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • ability to analyze business metrics and drive results

Job Duties

  • Lead department-level restaurant operations
  • demonstrate leadership based on Bahama Breeze Way principles
  • ensure consistent delivery of a Caribbean escape experience to guests
  • manage and develop team members to uphold service standards
  • achieve sustained growth in sales and profits through effective systems and procedures
  • report to the General Manager
  • maintain high standards of culinary excellence and guest service
