Job Requirements
- minimum two years previous management experience in a full-service establishment based on management's discretion
- knowledgeable in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations
- capable of making clear concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees
- proficient use of all restaurant equipment including but not limited to calculators, cash registers, computers, ovens, smokers, knives
- high school diploma or equivalency as determined by management
- food service manager certificate
- completion of management in training (MIT) program
- ability to perform most work from a standing position for 10 to 11 hours daily
- capable of frequent lifting up to 30 pounds and occasional lifting up to 80 pounds
- able to work in a climate-controlled establishment with exposure to temperature extremes related to food preparation

Job Duties
- supports the general manager by providing direction and support to hourly employees
- performs or supervises duties related to restaurant operations
- ensures knowledge and adherence to company policies and industry standards
- trains and monitors employees to ensure customer satisfaction
- assists with recruitment, promotion, and scheduling
- coordinates preparation, cooking, and packaging of food orders
- monitors food costs and quality controls
- records and analyzes cash flow, inventory, and labor costs
- ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
- administers progressive discipline policy
- leads by example and performs any necessary tasks to support teamwork
