Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven restaurant management experience of 2 years or more
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Commitment to company principles such as respect, integrity, and attention to detail
