Job Duties
- support the mission, vision, and values of First Watch restaurants through daily role activities
- provide management coverage and direct supervision of restaurant operations
- exercise shift-to-shift financial control to meet sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- work all positions and provide team feedback daily
- provide efficient, professional service to meet or exceed customer expectations
- respond to customer feedback and handle concerns or needs
- ensure policies, procedures, and training are followed by team members
- participate in certification and development of team members
- maintain the highest level of cleanliness standards
- participate in bi-weekly manager meetings
- enforce uniform standards
- supervise food handling procedures and operational processes
- ensure safe working conditions as required by OSHA and government regulations
- complete daily paperwork
- manage internal and external communications promptly
- verify daily cash deposits
- maintain proper supplies within budget
- address food cost issues to stay under gap by 6%
- complete bi-weekly food inventory with General Manager
- ensure accurate daily timekeeping
- assist General Manager with scheduling and payroll
- conduct administrative work periodically
- prepare for white glove inspections
