Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in food service
- Experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shifts
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Compliance with state alcohol service age requirements where applicable

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise employee performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Drive sales by executing marketing programs and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and hourly sales
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash control, financial reports, and scheduling
- Control food costs through recipe adherence and inventory management
- Optimize labor costs using scheduling tools
- Perform additional duties as assigned
