Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred
- Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department and fostering an inclusive environment
- Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Creating memorable experiences for guests and engaging in community outreach
- Managing department P&L and developing initiatives to increase sales and profitability
- Coaching and training associates to improve performance
- Ensuring all menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Enforcing safety and sanitation practices and maintaining immaculate facilities
