Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- detail-oriented and organized
- self-driven and flexible
- knowledge of staffing, scheduling and cost management
- able to recognize problems and execute plans for resolution
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- experience with staffing, scheduling, and cost management
- problem-solving and goal-setting skills
- flexible with scheduling including evenings, weekends and travel
- completion of Raising Cane's training programs
- detail-oriented and organized
- self-driven and energetic
- ability to adapt to new technology systems quickly
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- direct crewmembers during a shift
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
- complete other duties as assigned
