- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
- Identify and hire 5 Star Talent to build a strong team
- Create effective schedules to optimize staff placement and restaurant operations
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff alongside General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits while maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Conduct hiring, training, and development of team members
- Complete required administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company standards
