Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
  • Identify and hire 5 Star Talent to build a strong team
  • Create effective schedules to optimize staff placement and restaurant operations
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff alongside General Manager or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits while maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Conduct hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Complete required administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company standards
