Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to work a 50 hour work week
  • Must be relocatable within Southeast states
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proven experience in restaurant management preferably in FOH or BOH
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Willingness to relocate within the Southeast region

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily FOH or BOH operations to ensure smooth service and kitchen efficiency
  • Lead, train, and develop staff to uphold service standards and operational excellence
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs to optimize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with purchasing and inventory to maintain adequate stock and reduce waste
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Support the expansion efforts by assisting in opening new restaurant locations
