Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role
  • prior work experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • meet state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to handle physical job demands including standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
