Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- basic computer literacy
- knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assisting team members with category job duties as needed
- building store sales through execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meeting and greeting guests, resolving food quality and service issues
- maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforcing safe work behaviors
- monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness
- controlling day-to-day operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports and schedules
- controlling food costs by following recipes, portion control and inventory management
- controlling labor costs through scheduling and sales performance monitoring
- performing all other duties as assigned
