Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a leadership role
  • minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • basic computer literacy
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
  • assigning and directing work
  • appraising performance
  • rewarding and disciplining employees
  • addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
  • modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • assisting team members with category job duties as needed
  • building store sales through execution of corporate and local marketing programs
  • championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meeting and greeting guests, resolving food quality and service issues
  • maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
  • enforcing safe work behaviors
  • monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness
  • controlling day-to-day operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports and schedules
  • controlling food costs by following recipes, portion control and inventory management
  • controlling labor costs through scheduling and sales performance monitoring
  • performing all other duties as assigned
