Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum two years experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to communicate verbally and maintain visual acuity
- Ability to comply with current safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to provide excellent guest service
- Ability to foster teamwork and positive workplace culture
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior while creating a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with category job duties as needed
- Assist with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality/service issues ensuring 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- Control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- Control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Perform all other assigned duties
