Job Duties

Managing daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
providing an exceptional experience for guests by ensuring proper training and accountability of the team
reviewing and modifying practices to continuously improve the guest experience
responding to guest concerns and complaints in a timely, professional manner
ensuring management team and crew understand and operate all systems correctly
maintaining cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service to uphold brand image
developing employees' knowledge and skills through training and providing timely coaching and feedback
