Job Requirements

- Start with an 8-week, self-directed training program, learning all roles from dining room to kitchen
- Receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
- Lead, train, and mentor staff
- Oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency

- Support daily operations and maintain high standards of service
- Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with management team to ensure restaurant's success
