Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Start with an 8-week, self-directed training program, learning all roles from dining room to kitchen
  • Receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency
  • Hire and develop team members
  • Support daily operations and maintain high standards of service
  • Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
  • Collaborate with management team to ensure restaurant's success
