Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Support general manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
- Plan staff schedules and analyze staffing needs ensuring proper development and training
- Address changing demands of the business with discretion
- Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to brand standards
- Maintain proper inventory levels following company guidelines
- Ensure guest satisfaction through operational execution and enforcing service standards
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance, energy conservation, safety, and sanitation requirements
- Promote company values and policies with a strong focus on safety
- Manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs, maintenance, and food costs
- Monitor market trends and implement local marketing programs
- Create and maintain positive work environment with open communications
- Administer disciplinary processes and manage employee relations issues
- Demonstrate strong leadership and flexibility
