Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support general manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
  • Plan staff schedules and analyze staffing needs ensuring proper development and training
  • Address changing demands of the business with discretion
  • Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to brand standards
  • Maintain proper inventory levels following company guidelines
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through operational execution and enforcing service standards
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Manage facility and equipment maintenance, energy conservation, safety, and sanitation requirements
  • Promote company values and policies with a strong focus on safety
  • Manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs, maintenance, and food costs
  • Monitor market trends and implement local marketing programs
  • Create and maintain positive work environment with open communications
  • Administer disciplinary processes and manage employee relations issues
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and flexibility
