Job Requirements
- college degree in restaurant or hotel field or equivalent experience
- experience in various phases of operation
- knowledge of food and beverage and wine
- procedures administration
- computer proficiency
- strong cost control skills
- guest focus
- training and development experience
- Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- ServSafe Allergen Certification
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
- ability to stand and move for up to eight hours
- availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Direct the dining room and coordinate food service activities
- ensure guests experience the highest level of standards in service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and hospitality
- supervise, train, and develop employees
- collaborate with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities
- estimate food and beverage costs and requisition supplies
- ensure efficient restaurant operations and adherence to budget
- maintain guest-focused environment
