Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- adherence to state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform tasks using hands and have sensory abilities such as taste, smell, and vision
- ability to communicate verbally and access all restaurant areas
- compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines as updated by CDC, local, and state authorities
Job Qualifications

- prior leadership experience
- minimum of 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests
- investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control daily operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- control food costs with recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
