Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in a serving or bartending role with leadership responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed and grow
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Availability to work 45-50 hours per week
- Ability to lead by example with enthusiasm and drive
- Knowledge of labor law compliance
Job Qualifications
- Two years experience as a server or bartender preferably with training experience
- Leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cost control and labor law compliance
- Positive and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week
Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- Cost control including food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- Oversee staff before, during and after service
- Provide training and coaching of standards
- Shift planning and scheduling staff for anticipated business flow
- Ensure labor law compliance
- Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- Coach and motivate team to support and align with company culture and business needs
- Implement specials, marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
- Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
