Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in a serving or bartending role with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed and grow
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Availability to work 45-50 hours per week
  • Ability to lead by example with enthusiasm and drive
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Two years experience as a server or bartender preferably with training experience
  • Leadership experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cost control and labor law compliance
  • Positive and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work 45-50 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
  • Cost control including food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
  • Oversee staff before, during and after service
  • Provide training and coaching of standards
  • Shift planning and scheduling staff for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
  • Coach and motivate team to support and align with company culture and business needs
  • Implement specials, marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
  • Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
