Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory or shift-lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Willingness to support a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support daily restaurant operations, helping ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead pre-shift communication and assist in directing the team throughout service
- Help train, coach, and develop service staff with an emphasis on hospitality
- Maintain an active presence on the floor, assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly
- Monitor labor, inventory needs, and operating standards in partnership with leadership
- Work with management to support private dining, events, and special experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture
