Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or shift-lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to support a diverse and inclusive workplace culture

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support daily restaurant operations, helping ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead pre-shift communication and assist in directing the team throughout service
  • Help train, coach, and develop service staff with an emphasis on hospitality
  • Maintain an active presence on the floor, assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly
  • Monitor labor, inventory needs, and operating standards in partnership with leadership
  • Work with management to support private dining, events, and special experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture
